Universal Cinema Services, Inc. was formed specifically to address the needs of the theatre operator.
Our specialty is the development and outfitting of multiplex theatres around the world.
The Universal Cinema Services' team has over 140 years combined
experience in theatre site selection, equipment specification, installation, construction, design, openings and operations.
We have completed
hundreds of projects while earning a reputation for 'on time' and 'in budget' project completion.
Additionally, the principals have personally owned and operated independent theatres and understand the expectations, concerns and needs of exhibitors.

Co-founder of Universal Cinema Services, Mr. Panzeca provides the Company with the benefit of his many years of experience in multiplex theatre design, construction and openings. He has successfully supervised the building, outfitting and opening of nearly 300 theatres across the globe; including Japan, Korea and the United Kingdom.
Before founding UCS, Mr. Panzeca served as the President of Hollywood Theatre Group, Inc., a Texas based theatre operator. During this time he also provided consulting services to several major theatre circuits, including Warner Brothers International, AMC and McDonalds of Korea, assisting in the successful international expansion of these companies.
Prior to joining Hollywood in 1989, Mr. Panzeca served as Vice President of Construction for United Artists Theatre Circuit, where he oversaw design, budgeting, construction and openings during the circuit's rapid expansion period.
Additionally, he served as Vice President of United Artists Realty Company, assisting in site selection and management of the circuit's extensive portfolio of commercial properties.
Mr. Panzeca began his career with Ogden-Perry Theatres in 1972. His extensive experience in the industry has enabled him to uniquely merge the requirements of quality construction with the practical needs of operations.
Mr Panzeca is Vice-President of International Cinema Technology Association, and a member of the board of directors of The Lone Star Film Society.

The second founding member of the UCS team, Mr. Lamb, brings with him extensive experience in theatre operations, supervision, outfitting and openings.
Prior to joining UCS, he served as Vice President of Operations and Finance for Hollywood Theatre Group, Inc. He began his career in the theatre industry with Hollywood, supervising the outfitting and opening of the circuit's new locations throughout Texas and New Mexico. He then moved to operations, overseeing several multiplex locations, before being promoted to Director of Operations.
Prior to joining Hollywood, Mr. Lamb served as Vice President and Operating Partner of All States Electric Company, an electrical contracting firm specializing in commercial, multilevel construction. He supervised the day-to-day operations of the company while also maintaining responsibility for financial and legal affairs.
His twenty years in the construction industry, combined with his first hand experience in theatre operations and theatre openings, have uniquely prepared him for the challenges of international multiplex construction and outfitting, as well as responsibility for the Company's financial affairs, day-to-day operations and supplier relations.
In addition to his vast construction experience, Mr. Lamb brings extensive experience in theatre operations and finance to the UCS executive team.

Randy Hester brings
over 28 years of experience in marketing and finance, to Universal Cinema
Services, including 18 years in the theatrical exhibition business. He and
his staff provide consulting and advisory services related to strategic
business planning, site selection, financing, acquisitions, feasibility
studies, marketing, advertising and many other services to existing and
prospective motion picture exhibitors and their suppliers
Mr. Hester served as
Vice President-Marketing and Communications for Cinemark USA for 13 years
where he engaged in theatre acquisitions/divestitures, raised private
equity, leasing, acquisition, press relations, branding, film promotions,
media/public relations, government relations and many other activities.
During this time at Cinemark, the company grew from approximately 225
screens to over 2,400 screens in 34 states and 11 countries. Prior to
joining Cinemark, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Presidio Theatres,
Inc. in Austin, Texas.
During his 10 years in
the commercial banking industry, Mr. Hester financed motion picture
exhibition transactions including private equity placements and real estate
financing.
Mr. Hester is active
in many trade associations, having served on the Marketing Committee and
External Affairs Committee of NATO, President of the National Association of
Discount Theatres, President of NATO of Texas, Executive Director of South
Central States NATO, Chairman of the DFW Regional Film Commission. Mr.
Hester is currently on the Board of Directors of NATO of Texas and is the
First Assistant Chief Barker/Vice President of Variety North Texas, Tent 17.
Mr. Hester holds a BBA
and MBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
