Co-founder of Universal Cinema Services, Mr. Panzeca provides the Company with the benefit of his many years of experience in multiplex theatre design, construction and openings.   He has successfully supervised the building, outfitting and opening of nearly 300 theatres across the globe; including Japan, Korea and the United Kingdom.

Before founding UCS, Mr. Panzeca served as the President of Hollywood Theatre Group, Inc., a Texas based theatre operator. During this time he also provided consulting services to several major theatre circuits, including Warner Brothers International, AMC and McDonalds of Korea, assisting in the successful international expansion of these companies.

Prior to joining Hollywood in 1989, Mr. Panzeca served as Vice President of Construction for United Artists Theatre Circuit, where he oversaw design, budgeting, construction and openings during the circuit's rapid expansion period.

Additionally, he served as Vice President of United Artists Realty Company, assisting in site selection and management of the circuit's extensive portfolio of commercial properties.

Mr. Panzeca began his career with Ogden-Perry Theatres in 1972. His extensive experience in the industry has enabled him to uniquely merge the requirements of quality construction with the practical needs of operations.

He began his career in the theatre industry with Hollywood, supervising the outfitting and opening of the circuit's new locations throughout Texas and New Mexico.
